On the subject of Reflexology, during a recent talk I went to by Dr. Demartini in London, during the talk I developed stiffness in my neck which really started to hurt.
So there I was, doing my hand Reflexology whilst listening to one of the World’s famous speakers, and what a relief, as I started working my hands on the neck and upper spine reflexes I felt a warm rush of energy flow back directly into my neck and upper spine and that whole area relaxed and well, guess what? No more pain!
It works! Believe me. So for those who have been to my hand Reflexology workshops, or have my eBook excerpt on Stress and First Aid Help (full version coming out at the end of this month!), use this tool you have when in need!
